IMA Industries RV50-RV100 Cartoning Machines orients pre-wrapped segments in pre-formed cardboard trays. The trays are fed in from the in-line forming system. The internal system then receives the portions sent from the wrapping sector, and fixes them in a singular file in order for conveying on the NCFR infeed conveyor belt. It assembles the according portions, and places them on trays fed from the forming apparatus. After going through all processes, the trays are turned over and delivered to the exit areas for the last packaging procedures.
